This great studio apartment is one of sixteen units in this building; the photographs below are a selection of the variuos units. Although the apartments may vary slightly in decor, the characteristics are the same.
Each studio apartment comprises of a living, sleeping and kitchen area and a bathroom which is seperate from the rest of the area.
The sleeping area in this apartment contains one double bed... the bathroom comes with a shower unit, WC, sink, etc and fresh towels ready for use upon arrival. The living area, which is dominated by the sofa, can be used to chill out and relax after a hard day of sightseeing or shopping.
These apartments all come with ADSL internet connection, AC and heating to ensure the guests' comfort....
The kitchen of the apartment is open style of course and is equipped with most appliances so the guest staying at this great apartment can prepare meals should they so wish to...
The studio apartments in this building do not come with individual washer and dryer, however, they will find these facilities in the basement.
Some of the units in this building are exterior facing while others are interior, however, they all come with a small balcony; although these apartments are non-smoking, if the guest should wish to they can use the balcony as a smoking area.....
