The apartment building has been newly renovated in accordance with the local architecture and conserves the historic facade of the ancient classical look. The impressive entrance displays the original exposed walls, slate tiled flooring and beautiful lobby area. A new elevator has been recently installed to transport tired guests up to the third floor apartment. The apartment is 55 Metres squared and has a kitchen, bedroom (which contains a large double bed) and living room. The entire apartment is designed tastefully with original parquet wood flooring.
The kitchen has been newly installed and is fully equipped with vitroceramic counter tops, and all the commonplace items like dishwasher, oven, fridge, pots, pans, coffee machine, fridge etc. The bathroom comprises of a bath/shower unit and is stylishly decorated with mosaic tiling. Guests can be entertained by the TV and DVD provided.
All linens and towels are provided as well as an iron and ironing board.
