How To Book An Apartment
If you wish to book or rent any of our Budapest Apartments please choose your choosen Budapest apartment from our list. You can book these Budapest Apartments online in real time. email us at info@budarentals.com.
Step 1. Request Availability
You can use our search toolbar above by simply inputting your arrival date and the number of nights you will be staying and then click on the search button to check availability of our Budapest apartments for those dates. Our system will quote you a price and take you to the book page if you wish to make a booking.
Step 2. Booking Information
- You will need to complete your contact information, number of people travelling and select an apartmment to make a booking. Once we receive your personal data, we will confirm your booking instantaneously online. The prices quoted are based on 2 people travelling. There is an extra charge per night for extra adults and any extra children.
- We have a 2 Night minimum stay in all our apartments.
Step 3. Payment
- At the same time we confirm the booking, we will charge you 100% of the rental. This payment is processed via a secure server.
- Important Note: Your reservation will only be fully effective when you book the apartment online
- Once we received the Credit Card Authorisation we will send you a booking confirmation together with some arrival and departure information and the apartment rules.
- Please note that we do have a cancellation fee if you wish to cancel once the booking is made. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total rental price.
