Reservations and Deposits

  • It is recommended that clients purchase trip cancellation insurance. Any cancellation will be subject to our clear and simple cancellation policy. Cancellations pre arrival will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
  • In the event that the client decides to change their date of arrival, it will be understood as a new booking and it shall be subject to the cancellation conditions.
  • Every effort is made to maintain arrangements as advertised but, because they are planned many months in advance, changes may occur for reasons which are totally beyond the control of Budarentals.com. We reserve the right to substitute alternative accommodation of the same or superior standard in the same resort should this become unavoidable.
  • If no agreement can be reached both contractual parties are authorised to cancel the contract. In this case Budarentals.com will refund to the client all monies paid.

Number and identity of the guests


The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the persons named or numbered on the booking form. Unauthorised occupancy can lead to the whole party being forced to leave the accommodation immediately. In these circumstances re-accommodation is at the additional expense of the client.

 

Arrival


The day of your arrival, the apartment will be available from 14:00 pm. If, for any reason, your arrival is earlier, please let us know in advance so we might try to accommodate you before. Please note that for arrivals later than 20:00 pm there is an extra-charge of €30.

 

Cleaning


The apartment shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of each client. When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition.

 

Behavioural standards

 

Certain standards of behaviour are expected by the various local communities and clients are requested to observe them. We reserve the right to terminate without compensation the holiday tenancy of any client(s) whose behaviour is causing annoyance or damage to property or persons whether employees, other clients or apartment owners.

Please observe that Budarentals.com ' Terms and Conditions with regard to disturbances, loud music and parties are very clear: ALL ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Guests staying in a Budarentals.com apartment should know that if parties or loud music are heard, or neighbours complain and/or police are called, it can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night. This will also result in loss of prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit. Also note that by booking with Budarentals.com you have already accepted our terms and conditions and will therefore be expected to abide by these rules. You will also be expected to sign these rules upon check-in on your arrival day.

It is important that everyone observes that each apartment observers a QUIET TIME every day between 22.00 PM to 10.00 AM

We appreciate your collaboration in this matter and hope you understand that these rules are necessary as these apartments are all situated in residential buildings and the nightly rest of other inhabitants must be respected.

 

Special Requirements

 

Budarentals.com will pass any request made in writing to the accommodation or service provider concerned. A note of a request on any documentation simply confirms it has been passed on to the supplier and does not imply or guarantee it can be met. If a special request can only be met at additional cost the amount will either be invoiced prior to departure or the procedure for payment locally will be advised. UNLESS specifically agreed in writing Budarentals.com cannot accept any booking which is conditional on the satisfaction of a Special Request.

 

Liabilities

 

Neither budarentals.com nor the owner of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the client of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, insurance, and losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour.

In case of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, Budarentals.com at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation.

 

Our Property Descriptions

 

Budarentals.com descriptions are prepared in good faith, often many months in advance. They are based on information written at time of apartments inspection and Budarentals.com cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions that may arise.
The periods of operation of air conditioning / central heating are at the discretion of the Apartment owner and cannot be guaranteed. Where Satellite TV is provided, it cannot be guaranteed which channels are available unless specifically named although at least one English channel will normally be available.

Budarentals.com also reserve the right to change information published on the site at any time including rates, descriptions and photographs. Budarentals.com makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on its web site.

Budarentals.com reserves the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required and as may be in line with the company's business. The onus is placed on all parties, using the site, to undertake adequate measures to ensure that they visit any such terms and conditions on a regular basis. By agreeing to use this site, it is implied that any such changes are accepted by any such third party and, that any such third party undertakes to comply with any such changes.
