Are linen and towels provided in the Budapest Apartments that you rent?

All linen and towels are provided and included in the list price of your flat. It is important that you let us know how many are in your travel group so that we can provide the correct amount of towels and bed linen!



Are there any extra costs not included in the prices listed on the website?

Cleaning, Check-in and linen are all included in the list price. Most flats are subject to a late check in fee of €30 euros after 21.00h. There is also a €20 Cleaning fee for cleaning the apartment once you leave.



Where do we pick up the keys for the apartment?

We will meet you at the flat for check-in directly into the flat. Please read carefully the confirmation information that we will email you after we have received your down payment.



How do we get into the Budapest Apartment if we are delayed during our travel to Budapest?

Once we have received the down payment for your flat, we will send you confirmation including contact numbers for check-in. If you are delayed for whatever reason, please call the office or cellular contact number provided to advise so that we can prepare to meet you at a later time.



Is there a cleaning fee?

There is a €20 cleaning fee.

The addresses for the apartments are not listed, how do we know where to go?

Once we have received the down payment for your flat, we will send you confirmation including contact numbers for check-in and the address of the flat, each apartment has a google map on the apartment information page to give you an idea of the apartments location. We believe that it is prudent not to publish this info and only send it to our paying customers.



Is it safe to send a credit card number via email?

Generally, it is not safe to send your Credit Card number in emails. The on-line payment system is secure and safe as guaranteed by our bank and the collaborating Credit Card companies.


Do you have a 24 hour emergency telephone number?

An emergency 24 hour number will be provided at time of booking.
