A modern apartment located centrally in District VI. District VI has thriving cultural life. Andrássy Avenue is Budapest's Broadway with the Opera House, Liszt Ferenc Music Academy, and the Operetta Theater. The Avenue also abounds in fine places of entertainment, great restaurants, cafés and bars. There is great public transport in this area which will transport you around this beautiful city.
The apartment is located on Sziv street where there have been quiet a few renovations of old classical buildings. Sviz street is close to two main arteries of budapest notably Andrassay Boulevard commonly referred to as the Champs Eleysee of Europe and Vorosmarty Street which leads to the famous west end shopping center. The area has a fresh and welcoming feel to it and with the excellent metro system the old part of town is extremely accessible, you are never far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Budapest.
The building where the Attila apartment is located, has recently been completed and is has a very modern look and feel. The communal grounds, which include a private garden for the use of the residents, is a great feature and is kept in great condition.
The Danube is about a 15 minute walk from this apartment and there are many nice outdoor things to do Margaret Island which is located about 10 minutes by tram.
The Apartment:
The Atilla apartment is located in a brand new modern building. This apartment has a balcony leading out from the living room, which looks onto the main street, called Sviz street.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with a double bed in the master bedroom, which also comes with a built in wardrobe where the guests can keep their belongings . The third and fourth guests can sleep on the double pull out sofa bed in the living room.
The Attila apartment has one modern and stylish bathroom, with a lovely shower unit. This apartment has pllenty of natural light coming through the large wall to wall windows that lead out onto the balcony .
The Attila apartment has all the regular entertainment center gadgets like TV, DVD and stereo along with washing machine, large fridge, microwave, gas heating, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, and a hairdryer is also provided for your use.
The dining table is accommodated in the living/dining room with seating for 4 people; the living room allows for great relaxation time for famiy gatherings.
The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped with all the modern conveniences mentioned above, to ensure your break in Budapest is a completely hassle free one. Everything you could need to prepare a meal is provided.
Whether you are here with on business or with family this apartment is a great way to spend your days in Budapest.
